Join the Library

If you would like to join Warwickshire Libraries please go to the website and complete the Join the library form.

THE JOIN THE LIBRARY FORM IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING.  WE CAN ISSUE YOU WITH A CARD IN THE LIBRARY.  YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ADDRESS ID.  NEW BORROWERS UNDER 16 NEED TO BE SIGNED UP BY A PARENT

Remember to choose Keresley Newland Community Library from the drop down list.  This means that any requests you make for books not in our library will be delivered to us rather than another library!

Find books we don't have on our shelves

You can request items from the Warwickshire Libraries catalogue through your online library account  to be delivered to Keresley Library. There is a charge of 50p per book, free on under 15s tickets.  You will need your library card number and your password to make a reservation.   Search the catalogue   You can also request reservations at the library.

THERE MAY BE SOME ISSUES IN SIGNING INTO YOUR LIBRARY ACCOUNT ONLINE.  PLEASE TELEPHONE 0300 555 8171 WITH YOUR LIBRARY CARD NUMBER TO CHECK WHETHER YOUR PIN NUMBER MAY HAVE BEEN UPDATED

Renew your books

If you are unable to get to the library before your books are due for return, you can renew them either:

• by phone – call us on 024 7633 3140 during our opening hours with your library card number ready, or call Warwickshire libraries' automated 24/7 renewal line, available 24 hours a day – call 01926 499273

• online – Renew your books on the Warwickshire libraries website.  You will need your library card number and your password

• in person at Keresley library or any Warwickshire library – no need to bring the books with you, unless you have renewed three times already. You will need your library card

Why can’t I renew?

It is not always possible to renew your item:

• online, if it has been renewed three times already - please bring the item to any library to renew

• if it has been requested by another customer

Lost books

If you cannot find a book you have borrowed, Warwickshire Library services will send you an invoice.  You need to go into a county (rather than a community) library to pay this invoice; we are not able to accept this payment at Keresley.  They are able to issue a receipt for the book so that if you subsequently find it they can refund you 90% of the charge and re-add the book to the catalogue.  You would need to return it to a county library taking your receipt with you.
